Single Rooms are fitted with:

• Single beds
• Hot and Cold Water Hand basin with mirror
• Electric heaters
• Bookshelf
• WIRELESS High speed broadband Internet connection
• Study desk with table lamp
• Wardrobe or Build in robe with hangers 
  Communal bathrooms are available for residents within corridor.

NOTE: Smoking is not permitted in rooms or anywhere inside and outside the building.

PRICE LIST

All prices quoted are in AUD$ and includes GST. Additional Refundable Key Bond $25/set of key (1 House key and 1 room key )

These rates also include normal use of gas, standard electricity usages, cold and hot water and council charges.

All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

PAYMENT

Payment is due in advance, on a monthly basis.

1. RENT
A one month bond is required on signing a Residential Tenancy Agreement plus a minimum of 1 month rent  in advance. Thereafter, rental payments need to be paid monthly in advance & on time to management.

RENT COLLECTION
Rent is collected the first week each month on
TUESDAY between 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm
FRIDAY between  1:00pm to 4:00pm

2. BOND LODGEMENT

The Bond Money will be deposited to Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA) and you will receive a receipt from RTBA.
A refundable Bond of 1 Month rent per person is due upon arrival. This bond is a deposit refundable on departure, subject to the conditions of Victorian Residential Tenancy Bond Authority(RTBA) regulation. Deductions from the bond deposit will occur if there is any attributable damage to residential property, furniture or fittings, if there are any repair and cleaning costs that ACCENT RESIDENCE incurs or if items are lost or removed. The bond, less deductions, will be refunded when the tenancy comes to an end. When you vacate your room, you will be charged a cleaning fee for washing of all linen and general cleaning costs for the room.

3. DEPOSIT:
When booking a room prior to the start of a signed lease, a $150.00 deposit is requested. This is to secure the holding of your room. If you do not arrive and or do not stay for at least the duration of one night, you forfeit this deposit. This Deposit will be calculated as your Bond money.

YOUR ROOM

Your room is fully furnished. Apart from the supplied Bed and Build in ward robe, Furniture can only be exchanged for other available furniture supplied by you. Please arrange this with us.

Should you require hooks, nails or screws to put up posters, paintings or other decorations please ask us. We will put them up for you.

Rooms may not be used for cooking.

Rooms may not be used for any illegal activity.
